12Go Asia Coupon Codes October 2026 – 175 Verified Offers

So easy for train tickets

Booked tourist class train tickets for our trip last week. The site was really easy to navigate and I found exactly what I needed. Applied a promo code from a referral program at checkout, saved about $15. Wish they could combine offers sometimes but it's still good. Much better than trying to figure out local sites myself.

So easy to book ferry tickets!

The 15% off code I found made my ferry tickets to Koh Lanta even cheaper, only $23.40! Booking was super straightforward, and I loved seeing all the different ferry transfers available. I'll definitely use them again for my next trip and tell all my friends!

phuket bus tickets

12go is great for phuket bus tickets, but where's that app promo code for once?

Good for trains, some issues

I booked Bangkok to Chiang Mai train tickets through 12Go Asia last month. The booking process itself was pretty straightforward, and I got my e-tickets quickly which was great. Prices seemed fair compared to other sites I checked. My main gripe was the customer service response time. I had a question about seat assignments and it took almost 48 hours to get a reply. The train ride was smooth, no issues there. Overall, it's a solid service for booking, but they could definitely speed up their customer support.

Hanoi to Da Nang train was great!

I used 12Go for my Hanoi to Da Nang train ticket and it was super easy! Got exactly what I wanted. The entire process was smooth, from searching to payment. I'm definitely using them again for my next trip. Highly recommend!

Okay for ferry, delivery could be faster

I got a Koh Samui ferry ticket from 12Go for my island hopping trip. The booking process itself was simple enough, and I found the specific ferry time I needed without any issues. However, the e-ticket delivery was a bit slow, taking nearly a full day to come through after payment. It worked fine at the pier, but waiting that long for confirmation was a bit inconvenient when planning last-minute details. The pricing was competitive though, which is a plus. Customer support answered my email about the delay in about 6 hours, which was acceptable.

Good value for a first-timer

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on my Hanoi to Da Nang train tickets. I compared 12Go Asia with a few other sites and found their price to be competitive, especially once I factored in the convenience. I was also a bit nervous about booking online for an international trip, but everything went smoothly. The tickets were delivered as promised, and I felt like I got good value for my money. It was worth the slightly higher price compared to booking locally, just for the peace of mind.

Easy bus ticket booking

Needed to get Phuket bus tickets for my trip, and my friend told me to check out 12Go. It was super easy. Just put in where I was going, picked my time, and paid. Got the confirmation email pretty quick. No fuss at all, and the bus was fine. Will probably use them again if I need more tickets.

Seamless ferry and bus combo!

Oh my goodness, 12Go Asia is amazing! I booked a ferry and bus combo to Koh Samui and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was so organized, from getting my tickets to the actual transfers. I didn't have to worry about a thing, it just all flowed together! This is such a lifesaver for travel, especially when you're moving between islands. I'm telling everyone about this site!

Easy train booking, slow confirmation

I booked a Bangkok to Chiang Mai train ticket through 12Go. The website was straightforward for picking seats and dates. The price was good, but it took almost 48 hours for the ticket to be confirmed, which made me a bit nervous. The actual e-ticket worked perfectly once it arrived. Good service overall, but faster confirmation would be better.

Always reliable for Asia travel

I've used 12Go Asia several times now for different trips in Southeast Asia. This last time I booked a Bali fast boat, and like my previous bookings for Thailand train tickets, it was totally smooth. The tickets arrived in my email fast, and there were no surprises at the dock. Their consistency is why I keep coming back. It's just so much easier than trying to figure out local transport options on the ground. Never had a cancelled booking either. Really appreciate their service.

Absolute Nightmare, Avoid!

I really wish I'd read more reviews before booking anything through 12Go Asia. I was trying to book a bus ticket from Bangkok to Chiang Mai for a specific date and time. The website seemed easy enough to navigate at first, but then things went south FAST. I paid for the ticket, got a confirmation email, everything seemed okay. But then, a few hours later, I get another email saying my booking wasn't confirmed and the ticket was actually sold out for that time. They offered a different time, which didn't work for my travel plans AT ALL. So I tried to contact support. It took forever to even find a contact option that wasn't just a FAQ. When I finally got through, it was like talking to a brick wall. They kept giving me canned responses, saying they'd 'look into it' but nothing ever happened. I spent days emailing back and forth, trying to get my money back or at least a usable ticket. It felt like they just didn't care once they had my money. The quality of service was just nonexistent. I ended up having to buy another ticket from a different company entirely, which cost me more money and a lot of stress. Seriously, save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. This was a major problem.

Good value for a quick trip

Needed to book a bus from Chiang Mai to Pai last minute, and 12Go Asia popped up. I'm always on the hunt for the best deal, and after checking a few other sites, their prices were pretty competitive. Found a bus for a decent price, especially with a small discount code I managed to dig up online (always worth a quick search!). The booking process was straightforward enough, didn't have any hiccups there. The bus itself was fine, nothing fancy but got me where I needed to go without any drama. For someone trying to save a few bucks while traveling, this was a solid option. Would probably use them again if the price is right.

So easy to book activities!

Oh my goodness, 12Go Asia is absolutely brilliant! I was planning a trip to Thailand and honestly, the thought of trying to figure out all the transportation and activities was a bit much. But then I found 12Go Asia and WOW! It was SO easy to book everything – from a ferry to an island to a cooking class in Bangkok. The website is super user-friendly, and I loved seeing all the options laid out clearly. Seriously, it took so much stress out of my planning, it's incredible! The only tiny thing was one of the e-tickets took a little longer than expected to come through, but it still arrived well before my trip. I'm already planning my next adventure and will DEFINITELY be using them again. You guys are amazing! I've already told all my friends about it!
